Inside, the mood is vibrant and full-service, with a full bar and a dining room that suits everything from a casual lunch to a celebratory dinner out. The kitchen describes itself as a scratch kitchen, and the menu leans into bold Southwestern flavors. Start with guacamole, made to order at the table's request, and shareable plates like black-and-white nachos before moving on to the mains. Regulars point to the Signature Asada and pork carnitas, along with fish tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, and burritos, plus sea bass and coconut shrimp tacos.
