For 35 years, Zoo Lights has been Denver's beloved holiday tradition — and this season, the Denver Zoo is going bigger than ever.

Select nights from November 23rd through January 3rd, 80 acres of the zoo light up with three million lights. Hours are Sunday through Thursday, 4:30 to 9:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 4:30 to 10:00 PM. Zoo Lights is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The 35th season brings back historic light displays from the old Wild Lights days, plus new theme nights: Gothmas Nights December 8–9, Dickens Nights December 14–16, and Summer in December Nights December 28–30. The Zoo Lights Market returns, and there are adults-only nights on December 7 and January 1.

Admission is $29.95 for adults and seniors and $22.95 for youth, with kids 2 and under free. Value nights run $25.95 and $18.95. Tickets are available through the Denver Zoo's website.
