To celebrate America’s 250th anniversary and Colorado’s 150th anniversary of statehood, they are building a massive, state-wide time capsule that will be permanently buried at The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland. The capsule is making its massive public debut right at the fair from July 31st to August 4th. You can literally walk up, hand over your submission in person, and then go grab a funnel cake and hit the rodeo. If you can't make it to the fair, you can actually submit digitally or mail your items in before August 10th.
